Free Medical Camp in Takhar Province
We conducted free medical camp for provision of quality health care and increasing access to the health services in the Khawaja Bahauddin district of Takhar province in 15 January 2022.
The free camp had 8main sections for the management and health service provision including Pharmacy, Health education and public relation and Overall management and coordination of the camp. Each section (curative) was led by a specialist doctor supported by a GP and related allied health professionals.
During the one-day period total of 1511 patients examined, treated and provided required medicine. Details of the beneficiaries/patients treated provided below.
Ghor Province
AAHP-UK supported a medical camp in Ghor province Afghanistan where over a thousand patients were checked and treated free of charge. This camp was financially supported by AAHP generous donors in the UK. (September 2021)

Kandahar Province
Free Medical Camp in Kandahar
The project was planned by the AAHPUK, and its partner organisation AIMA in Afghanistan. There were volunteer team consists of 40 staff (25 health professionals and 15 local volunteers) conducted medical free camp in Dand district of Kandahar on 09 and 10 November 2021.
During the two-days period total of 2738 patients examined, treated and provided required medicine. Details of the beneficiaries/patients treated provided below.
Badakhshan Landslide
Badakhshan Landslide When we heard about the calamitous consequences of Badakhshan landslide in May 2014, we came together and raised almost half a million Afghanis in support of the victims of the dreadful natural disaster.
An aid package was put together and delivered to the victims of landslide in Badakhshan, in collaboration with AIMA (Afghanistan Islamic Medical Association).
Panjshir Province
The project was planned by the AAHPUK and our partner AIMA in Afghanistan. There were a volunteer team consists of 26 staff (16 health professionals and 10 local volunteers) conducted medical free camp in Dara district of Panjshir on 29 and 30 October 2021.
During the two-days period a total of 990 patients examined, treated and provided required medicine. In addition, 25 patients needed advance diagnostic and surgical procedures and were referred to Kabul. Details of the beneficiaries/patients treated provided below
