Jalalabad Province
We are pleased to announce that we worked with a new partner, the Khatiz Public Health Association (KPHA), to deliver our second distribution of highly nutritious food packages to 70 needy families in Jalalabad. These families with malnourished children were identified in cooperation with the KPHA. The KPHA volunteer team were on the ground delivering food packages to these needy people on 26th April 2022.
Each food package consists of 50kg of wheat flour, 10kg of rice, 7kg of beans, 7kg of chickpeas, 10 litres of oil and 60 eggs.
Kapisa, Wardak and Kunar Provinces
With your generous support, AAHP-UK with the help of two Afghan local charities distributed 121 food packages that are highly nutritious to 121 families with children suffering from acute malnutrition in Kapisa, Wardak and Kunar provinces. the distribution took place in March 2022.
Badakhshan Province
Emergency food packages for the people in Badakhshan province
We distributed 100 food packages to 100 families in Kishm district of Badakhshan.
Whereas each food package consists of 49 Kg wheat, 21 Kg Rice, 3 kg Bean, 3 Kg Sugar, 5 Liter Cooking oil and 1 Kg Tea. The distribution took place on 15 January 2022
Panjshir Province
105 food packages were distributed to the eligible families in Malsapa village of Bazark in Panjshir.
